I have replaced buying mountain bike parts for my drum and music buying sprees.

Bought Hayes 8" brakes and Sun-Ringle SUV Disc wheelset.

Next is possibly a downhill bike...

I recently bought a pearl free floating snare drum which sounds lovely when miked-up. a great multi purpose and it cost me 170 quid on e bay

I just bought the new Jamie Cullum CD "Twenty Something" which I find to be a rather cool one.

Also the Lettuce Live in Tokyo CD. Man the tempos on some of the tunes are a bit on the quick side.
But it is nasty funk.

Also, as noted in another post, a set of Protection Racket Bags.

Last but not least, a bag of Cheetos which I ate right before typing this. So, now my keyboard is Orange!

I just bought a Gretsch 5x14 USA maple snare drum a few weeks ago. great, great sound.

I also purchased a set of used 14" New beat hats, although I still have to pick them up.

I also ordered a 21" K Custom Special Dry Ride, which I have played numerous times, and love it very much.

Picked up a new DVD called 'The Hang' by keyboardist Don Grusin. It's a live show of different groupings of players doing sort of smooth (GRP, Fourplay,etc.) instrumentals and some vocal tunes. Musicians include Don and Dave Grusin, Lee Ritenour, Abraham Laboriel, Nathan East, Ernie Watts, Nelson Rangell, Pete Escovedo, and others. Vocalists include Patti Austin and Phil Perry. The drummers are Alex Acuna, Harvey Mason, and Oscar Seaton, who all sound great on this.
Some recent CD purchases are Manhattan Transfer - Vibrate (w/ Steve Hass), The Philadelphia Experiment (w/ Ahmir Thompson), and Marilyn Scott - Nightcap (w/ Vinnie).

I just ordered the TD20 kit.

Matt Wilson's Arts and Crafts- 'Wake Up! (To What's Happening)'

Not very exciting, except to me. Just bought a 22" Aquarian Super KickI bass drum head. Got good reviews in MD so I thought I might try out a different bass drum sound. I'll let you know how it works out. PT.

Just got 'Drum' and 'Rhythm' mags... see how they compare to MD. Dig the minus-drum stuff that comes with transcription in the 'Rhythm' mag. Finally picked up the Marco DVD. Stagg 10" hi-hats. Sabian, Andre Cecarelli ride. Some Roland PD-7 and PD-8 pads to throw into the acoustic set.
